We combine assistive technology and engineering consultation to design and produce one-off, custom-solutions tailormade for an individual. We come to you, analyze, adapt, and create for the exact needs of our clients.
President Devin Hamilton has cerebral palsy, and sees the world through the lens of a person with disabilities. As a Rochester Institute of Technology trained mechanical engineer, he has the knowledge, experience, and skills to help those with disabilities overcome adverse situations with intellect and ingenuity.
He’s taking all his knowledge, skill, and compassion to consult and create one-off, custom solutions that help individuals with disabilities become more independent.
Our President
Obstacles have never blocked Devin Hamilton’s path. They’ve just always been part of the journey – and he’s engineered his way through them his whole life.
Devin grew up on a dairy farm in Upstate New York. Despite being the only child, and having cerebral palsy, he still pulled his own weight. Devin and his father built hitches and plows that attached to his power chair and modified farm equipment so he could help with daily chores. He knows the challenges that people with disabilities face – and he wants to put his ingenuity and education to good use in helping them overcome those challenges.

We understand, on a deeper level than just about anyone in the engineering world, how important independence is in every aspect of life. We visit our clients in their homes, offices, community centers, remotely, or anywhere in the community that independence matters most. We work to understand each client and their needs on the deepest level and use engineering methods develop custom solutions to meet those needs.
Product Development
Have an incredible product you’d like adapted for people with disabilities? Or maybe you want to collaborate on a project to create something to help those with disabilities? We’d love to work with you, and would welcome your ideas and collaborations for mass production.
Fabrication
No matter how big or small the problem or obstacle is we are only limited by our imaginations. If we can imagine a solution, we can make it! In our 2,300 Sq ft facility we implement advanced manufacturing processes like CNC Machining, Manual Machining, Robotic Welding, 3D Printing, and Custom Molding to bring ideas and solutions to life!

Devin Hamilton
President
Devin Hamilton, born with Cerebral Palsy, has a passion for engineering, and helping others. He has an in depth understanding of the many challenges that people with disabilities face and the knowledge to help overcome them. Devin studied Mechanical Engineering Technology at the Rochester Institute of Technology where he honed his engineering and problem solving skills. After RIT Devin worked in the field as an engineer for many years on a wide range of projects. Devin’s disability gives him a unique perspective and approach to problem solving. He now uses his knowledge and skills to develop products and solutions to help others.

Marco Altiri
CEO
Marco Altieri, a Rochester native who graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science and government from SUNY Brockport, has spent his entire career in the human services sector. Marco started his career at the Center for Disability Rights, Inc. in Rochester, NY. He was quickly recognized for his passion for people and leadership skills and promoted to Assistant Development Director. In 2009, Marco was hired as the Senior Development Director for ARC of Yates in Yates County, NY. Prior to founding All-American Home Care in 2015, Marco was CEO of Angels In Your Home in Rochester, NY. Under his leadership, Angels In Your Home experienced significant growth and staff increases from 35 to more than 1200 in two years.

Tom Hanna
CFO
Thomas Hanna, a Rochester native who graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science from LeMoyne College and an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology, has more than 15 years of experience in operations and financial management, more than five years of non-profit experience and has also worked in property management and the government. Prior to founding All-American Home Care in 2015, Thomas was the president of Sunnking, a collector and processor of end-of-life consumer and commercial electronics based in Brockport, NY.
